Fittings

STOP SYSTEM fittings are supplied in a shape that allows for their immediate welding onto the pipeline without additional preparation.
To seal the fitting at the end of the operation, an internal plug and an external cover cap are recommended. All our fittings up to DN 5" have both an external thread for the installation of the sandwich valve and an internal thread for the plug, which can be placed while the pipeline is in operation.

The internal thread is specially designed to prevent potential jamming during plug screwing, and the external thread allows for the installation of the cover cap as the final step, which can be welded onto the fitting. Connections between fittings and sandwich valves from DN 6" to 16" are flanged. Perfect sealing is always ensured by O-rings.
